All products that are created in the cream room are hand piped by a professional, quality set of staff. Large cream cakes, Chocolate Eclairs and vanilla slices are some of what Hughes are able to create. We ensure that all the creams are kept at 3°C temperature to keep them tasting their best. It is important to us at Hughes to use other local sources and where possible, for example we ensure we use smooth, quality cream by sourcing it from a local supplier Madeley Dairies.
Many of the products that our cream department create are made by our Bakers by hand, we pride ourselves on ensuring that all the products are made to the best quality. Our Puff Pastry is award winning, winning the Richemont award 2012 at the Butchers and Bakers fair.
Before our products reach our customers we ensure they meet Malcolm's high set of standards.
